YSA Invasion 5 Pickering
.The annual invasion in a new venue
at Pickering. Can't say anything to fault the place, easy to get to,
spacious, clean and tidy with clean toilets and showers and a massive
indoor events area. Plenty of choice for food and apparently there was a
load of mega cheap cider. Weather was wet on Friday which meant a few
damp pitches and puddles but good weather Sat cleared most of that up.
Can't comment on the night dos cos I just day tripped. Pickering SC
organised a belter of a ride out on Sat and those that didn't go really
did miss out, it was the best one this year easily. Up through Hutton Le
Hole then a 1:3 drop down Chimney Bank to Rosedale Abbey than some fast
twisty lanes through Cropton. Kenny picked up a prize at the custom show
and Carole Nash picked up Cookie with a dead scoot
