Coast to Coast YSA Rideout
 .The YSA's first ever C2C run saw 15 scooters from Selby trek across to Blackpool, some went for the Friday and Saturday night frolics, some just the Saturday ride. The Saturday morning looked grim with fog and mist but by the time the ride started the sun had broke out and shone all day. The route started in Blackpool with 250 scooters heading out from the South side of the pleasure beach, up the A59, through Skipton and onto Harrogate for a lunch stop. As ever it was all very well organised with free food for the riders, a free beer too someone said though I think they were having me on. Harrogate also saw a fair turnout of local scooters and family to greet the riders and join in on the run to Whitby. We took the scenic route out from Harrogate, up Sutton Bank then out to Pickering and over the moors to Whitby where the finishers picked up their certificates. A great little run and no breakdowns, there's a first.
